Peter Musinguzi Kabaseke is a certified Human Resource professional and Organizational Leadership Development consultant with over 15 years of experience strengthening people, systems and leadership in various organisations.

He is a member of key professional bodies including the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU), the Institute of Human Resource Management Kenya (IHRM), and the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda.

Mr. Kabaseke is widely recognized as a trainer in corporate governance, HR management, sustainability and leadership excellence. He also serves as an Honorary Research Fellow with Lal Innovation and is a member of the Network for Education and Multidisciplinary Research Africa. He holds an MBA in Management from Uganda Martyrs University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute, and multiple professional certifications spanning coaching, governance, sustainability, and performance management.

Jim Drani Drileba is an accomplished financial risk and governance professional with over 15 years of experience in risk advisory, internal audit, corporate strategy, and strategic management across East Africa and beyond. He has a strong track record of helping organisations strengthen internal controls, enhance compliance, and drive sustainable growth through sound governance and data-driven decision-making.

Jim currently serves as Manager, Risk Advisory Services at Deloitte East Africa, where he leads multi-country engagements, provides strategic guidance to clients on risk management, governance, technology and strategy, and oversees the delivery of high-quality advisory solutions. His previous experience spans senior roles at Forvis Mazars, BDO East Africa, and St. Mary’s Hospital Lacor, where he led internal audit and compliance functions and supported large, multi-donor programmes.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science from Kyambogo University, is pursuing an MBA in Oil and Gas, and is working towards certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He is also a Certified Forensic Investigation Professional and an active member of several professional bodies, including the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Institute of Internal Auditors, the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals, and the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda.

With his strong record of governance and leadership, Jim has served on and supported multiple boards and committees, including Ripple Effect International (UK), Ripple Effect Uganda, BOSCO Uganda and St. Mary’s Hospital Lacor. His work reflects a deep commitment to accountability, strategic leadership, and strengthening systems that support organisational resilience and impact.

Gertrude Naggujja is a seasoned banking and financial professional with over 14 years of experience at Centenary Bank, specializing in risk management, compliance, internal audit, and business continuity. She is highly skilled in data analytics, fraud detection, and strategic financial planning, and has led numerous high-impact projects, including Basel II implementation, business process re-engineering, and culture transformation initiatives.

She currently serves as the Market Risk Manager at Centenary Bank, where she develops risk frameworks, oversees compliance, and builds high-performing teams. Gertrude has a proven record in governance, auditing, and regulatory liaison, having conducted extensive risk assessments, due diligence, and staff training in AML/CFT compliance.

Ms. Naggujja holds an MBA from UNICAF University, a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Agricultural Land Use and Management from Makerere University, and professional certifications including FCCA, CPA, and GARP. She is an active board member of Tree Adoption Uganda, St. Kizito High School Bethany, and the Institute of Internal Auditors Uganda.

A committed Roman Catholic and community leader, she combines strategic insight, operational excellence, and ethical stewardship to strengthen organizational governance and impact. She has been recognized for her leadership and professional excellence, including as a finalist for the Global Governance, Risk & Compliance Ambassador of the Year (2022) and ACCA Advocate of the Year (2019).

Joan Kyomugisha Ouna is a dedicated Board Member of SOS Children’s Villages Uganda, serving as Chairperson of the Programmes Committee and an active member of the Finance Committee. With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across Financial Services, Fintech, Telecoms, Towercos, and development sectors, she brings extensive expertise in governance, financial oversight, strategic planning, and sustainable organizational growth.

Throughout her career, Joan has led high-impact commercial transformations, strengthened compliance cultures, and supported digital innovation across East Africa’s evolving financial and technological landscape. She is the CreditInfo 2024 Global Deal Maker Award winner, recognized for delivering high-value partnerships and market-shaping initiatives. She holds an Executive MBA from Guglielmo Marconi University (Italy), a CMI Management Diploma (UK), and professional certificates in Corporate Governance and Risk Management from ICGU.

Her service on the SOS Board is driven by a deep belief that every child deserves safety, dignity, family, and the opportunity to reach their full potential. Joan is passionate about elevating programme quality, ensuring responsible financial stewardship, and mobilizing resources that create lasting, positive change for vulnerable children and families across Uganda.

Hellen Kobusinge Balinda is a seasoned Human Resource and Organisational Development practitioner with over 20 years of experience in strategic HR management, administration, and institutional strengthening. She is known for her results-oriented approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to fostering efficient, people-centered systems.

Hellen currently serves as the Deputy Human Resource Manager at Mengo Hospital, where she plays a key role in strategy development, talent management, policy implementation, and organisational performance. Her career spans senior roles in human resource management, finance, and administration across the health, private, and corporate sectors.

She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from Makerere University, and additional qualifications in administrative law and corporate governance. She is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda.

Beyond her professional career, Hellen has a rich record of leadership and community service, having served on multiple boards and committees including Straight Talk Foundation, Tooro Kingdom Parliament, and various educational and faith-based institutions. She is also an active Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Mengo.

Ronald Ssenyondwa is a multi-disciplinary professional with extensive experience in hospitality marketing, operations, and general administration. He currently serves as a Senior Officer at the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB).

He has a rich leadership background in Rotary, having served as Connecting President of RC Entebbe (2019/20), Past District Membership Chair, and outgoing District Club Global Grants Qualification Chair (D9214). He is also an Assistant Governor LV7 for 2025/26.

Mr. Ssenyondwa has held multiple club roles, including Vice President, Treasurer, Mission Green Chair, and Procurement Committee Chair, and remains actively engaged in mentoring new clubs. A retired FUFA football referee, he is passionate about football, adventure, and the Great Lakes security-development nexus. He is a researcher at the Security Studies & Analysis Center (SESAC) at Nkumba University and a member of the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda (ICGU) and the Institute of Procurement Professionals of Uganda (IPPU).

He is a committed community leader, serving as Vice Chair of the Fathers Union at St. Michael C.O.U. Nalugala, and on the Board of Kitala SSS. A Paul Harris Fellow (PHF+1), he continues to champion Rotary’s values of service, leadership, and community impact.

Agnes Ojiambo is a seasoned audit and governance professional with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She has served on several boards, including Uganda Telecommunications Corporation Limited, where she chaired the Audit and Risk Committee. She is also a Board Member and Treasurer of the CPA SACCO and a Director at Alkrim Enterprises Ltd.

Ms. Ojiambo previously led Internal Audit at the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA) and worked with Ernst & Young as an external auditor across diverse sectors. Her expertise spans corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting.

She is a Fellow of ACCA (UK), a member of ICPAU, IIA Uganda, and ICGU. In addition, she holds an MBA (Finance) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – both from Uganda Martyr’s University Nkozi; a Diploma in Corporate Governance (UK), is a Certified Corporate Governance Professional and a Certified ISO 31000 Professional.

Nabasa Pheona Gladys Wall, Senior Counsel, is a Notary Public, Chartered Arbitrator, certified Insolvency Practitioner, and ESG Consultant with over 17 years of experience in the water, telecom, and legal sectors. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Fidelis Leadership Institute, partnering with the COMESA Competition Commission to train East Africans in competition regulation, and as Managing Partner of Nabasa & Co Advocates, a corporate and commercial law firm in Kampala.

Ms. Nabasa is an accomplished board leader, serving on the boards of Guarantee Trust Bank (Chair, Risk Committee), Liberty General, Fields of Life, the Uganda Women Entrepreneurs Association (Vice Chair, Audit & Risk Committee), and previously the East African Business Council.

She is a former President of the Uganda Law Society and has held leadership roles in the Judiciary Council, ICAMEK, CADER Arbitration Center, Teach for Uganda, and League of East African Directors.

A recognized thought leader, she has trained boards and executives in ESG, utility regulation, and transformational leadership, and has addressed over 500 audiences across Africa, Europe, and the US. Pheona has led international peace missions advocating judicial independence and ethical leadership, and has received multiple awards, including the New Vision 40 Under 40 (2018 & 2020), HIIL “Talent to Watch” (2018), the French-German Elysees Peace & Reconciliation Award (2021), and Africa’s Top 50 Leaders (2020).
