Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer – Mayuge

Reporting to the My Life My Responsibility (MLMR) Programme Coordinator, the MEL Officer will play a key role in providing support for monitoring, evaluation and learning for Mayuge programme area and the successful candidate will be the lead MEL officer for MLMR project.

The MEL Officer will be responsible for overall strengthening of the MEL function, MEL capacity building, ensuring quality assurance, documentation, and learning needs for improvement of the Mayuge programme area and MLMR project; and will come up with findings based on real data to show the performance of the programme area and the project. The MEL Officer will also offer support to the teams, timely planning and reporting, and liaising with counterparts from other SOS Children’s Villages projects, partners and other NGOs in similar fields.
