Fund Development and Institutional Patnerships Development
At SOS CV Uganda, we conceptualise fund development as an ongoing process to raise funds, the result of which may be a Donation, a Grant or a Sponsorship. This process is exemplified in policies, structures, analysis, research, strategies, practices, and plans to secure resources for our organization over the long term to be able to design and implement our programs. We do this through various methods such as foundation & institutional grants, corporate support, international and local individual and corporate sponsorship, Government support, Direct mail, Telemarketing, Special events, Individual donors (cultivation/campaigns).
These partnerships have enabled us work with various individuals, local, international organizations, and multilateral donors, such as the UN agencies, European Union, and with national public authorities and embassies to improve the lives of children and young people without parental care or at risk of losing it. Together we enable children to grow up with the bonds they need to develop and become their strongest selves.
Our target to seek for more partnerships with such organisations to increase the impact of our programs.
